Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do
so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We use Paypal which also takes credit and debit cards. If you wish to pay
by personal cheque or postal orders please allow the extra days for clearance before I can despatch the order.
Privacy Policy Contact
information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the
purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is
used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Refunds
Personalised items will not be refunded unless there is a manufacturing
error.
Please ensure the spelling is correct on your order to avoid disappointment.
Delivery
I send through Royal Mail or a courier service, and use their
tracking service.
I, however, cannot be held responsible for items that become mislaid in transit. I always send
recorded delivery and will be happy to show proof of postage and assist you in any claim you may wish to make against a courier
or Royal mail.
If you live locally and wish to collect
direct please feel free to do so.
Responsibility
Please remember that all my items are sold as decorative gifts and that once you have purchased them you hold sole responsibility
for their usage. Candles can be lit, but should never be left unattended, and as the candle melts
the design will melt with it.
