Production
I will try to start production of your candle within 72 hours of confirmation of your order and then dispatch within
7-10 days.
If you require your gift in a shorter
amount of time please let me know and I will try to accommodate you.

in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We use PayPal Mastercard and
Visa for online orders.
If you wish to pay by personal cheque
please allow the extra days for clearance before I can despatch the order.

solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information
including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
Refunds
Personalised candles will not be refunded unless there is a manufacturing error. Please ensure the
spelling is correct on your order to avoid disappointment.
Delivery
I aim to send through Royal
Mail or a courier service,which is included in the price, within 10 days of receiving your confirmation order.
If you live locally and wish to collect direct please contact me for a revised price.
